We collect personal data only when you contact us directly or join RoastLine Rewards through the member portal.

For RoastLine Rewards members we store your name, phone number, email address, and your purchase and points history. This data is used solely to run the loyalty programme — earning points, tier upgrades, and rewards — and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
